1. Open and handle with care to avoid chips, scratches, or cracks. Mirrored acrylic is very delicate.
2. Clean with a microfiber cloth or soft cloth + gentle cleanser, such as plastic cleanser or water, if plastic cleaner is not available. Avoid using abrasive cloths or harsh chemicals. Your purchase will include one microfiber cloth per sign. 
3. Always store in a cool, dry place - away from direct sunlight for extended periods of time to prevent yellowing or warping.
4. Avoid exposure to extreme temperatures, as this can cause the acrylic to become brittle and crack.
5. If the acrylic becomes scratched, it may be possible to polish it out using a polishing compound specifically designed for use with acrylic.

As each piece is meticulously crafted to order, we regret to inform you that we cannot accept returns for reasons other than damage during transit.

In the rare event that your purchased piece arrives damaged, we kindly request that you reach out to us within 24 hours of delivery and provide documented evidence with photographs of the breakage. Rest assured, in such cases, we will promptly provide a replacement piece to ensure your complete satisfaction with our product.
